Refund policy


Unfortunately this food item is non-returnable. Damaged is a different story - We understand glass can break occasionally during shipping; Are you unsatisfied with the flavor? We can make that right too.

So, yes I fully and unconditionally guarantee everything we sell. If you or your teammates (ok, friends, family are probably what you call them) are not absolutely thrilled with my sauce, we will replace or refund your purchase price). We may have to provide a substitute, but it will always be of equal or greater value. We do ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving the item(s) so we can address any issues as quickly as possible. Please take a close look at your packing slip for refund or replacement instructions.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of notifying us. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes transit time for us to receive your refund or replacement request (1-5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).
